An inspiration or idea is converted into a sketch then sent for digitisation in the form of a 3d model to understand it’s depth and look.
Once approved, all our products are handmade using master piece or dye for each design. The piece is made in a wax cast followed by crafting by hand. The final process is plating the piece in 18kt antique gold. Certain pieces undergoe a hot enameling process to add in colors.
Each piece is handcrafted therefore every piece will look slightly different from one another.

Our jewelry is created in Bombay with our master craftsman and in the heart of Jaipur. Made in INDIA with love from us for you.

Our jewelry is made in eco brass - It has high strength, excellent machinability, exceptional wear resistance, good creep properties, and superior corrosion resistance. These properties allow fabricators to decrease component thickness and reduce product weight. It is also lead-free making it our preferred choice of metal.
Other metals used to create our pre-order custom pieces are 92.5 sterling silver &18k gold.

Storage: Your jewelry should be stored in a dry place away from humidity, moisture and extreme temperatures.
Store your jewellery in the given box or pouch to prevent scratching, chipping and entanglement.
Wear-ability: Rings and bracelets should be worn carefully to avoid damage through impact. Don´t forget to remove your rings when washing up or showering, as soap particles may become lodged in delicate spaces. Soaps can also leave a film over metal, creating a dull appearance.
When dressing, Jewelry should always be put on last - as make up, cosmetics and perfumes can oxidize the metal of the jewelry pieces.
Never use detergent, soap, toothpaste etc. to clean your gold plated jewelry.

All our pieces are handcrafted with love and undergo a strict quality control check before they are dispatched to you. If your ordered piece has any dents, breakage in upon delivery, you have 7-10 days to request for a replacement.
Beyond 10 days of owning our pieces - You can email us at info@romanarsinghani.com with your order number, picture / video of the product. The cost of the repair will be charged depending on the extent of damage.

If you wear your gold plated jewellery for significant periods of time, the plating will eventually wear off. To restore its appearance, you can have it re-plated.
Get in touch, we offer replating services at 0 cost within the first year of purchase. The customer just has to bear the pick up & delivery cost.

You can pay via – Credit or Debit cards on our payment gateway- razor pay. You can also pay via UPI on the same payment gateway. We accept Indian and International cards and payments.
If, for some reason, your payment doesn't go through, please write to us – info@romanarsinghani.com and we'll help with alternative modes of payment.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges as all our pieces are Made-to-order.
If for any reason you would like a replacement, please email us on info@romanarsinghani.com with your order number, pictures of the damage/dent within 15 days of purchase.
Shipping costs To & fro - in case of a return / replacement will be borne by the customer.
We are unable to return, refund or exchange any Roma Narsinghani jewelry purchased from a third party, online or offline retailer. In that case, please contact the store you have purchased the Roma Narsinghani piece from.
Any item purchased on sale or with a coupon code cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order cancellation is not permitted; we can always modify the order & provide you with a credit note at the same value as your initial order. This will allow you to purchase any product from our web shop for a period of four months from the date of issue of the credit note.

Yes, . All orders are dispatched in pure hemp fabric, seed tag and a box, perfect for gifting.
Simply, email us that you’d like the order to be a gift. We can jute wrap the order with a small note as well. Please add in the receiver’s address and phone number for hassle free shipping.
SHIPPING - FAQs

Our shipping costs between 220 INR to 350 INR depending upon the order size. A hairbun order cost 350 INR due to its volume packaging and smaller jewels cost 220 INR as per its volume.

Our shipping takes 15-18 working days to be delivered to your doorsteps as all our pieces are made-to-order.
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you'd like your order delivery expedited, please email us at info@romanarsinghani.com and we'll try to accommodate your request.
Custom orders: It takes our design & production team 25- 30 working days to craft the order. Delivery time varies between 4-7 working days depending on your location.

We do not cover for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered with our courier partner (DTDC). For a smooth delivery experience, please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.
Orders with a wrong address, pin code and phone number are not our responsibility to re-send, if they are returned to us due to the above reasons. Please fill in the right details to receive your baubles quickly and safely.

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.You will be charged additional courier costs for the reverse pickup and re-directed shipment to the updated address.

We can only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Our pieces are made to last so the chances of damages are next to nil. We pack them in Bee wrap with excess care to avoid any dents, bumps or movement of the jewelry while in transit. However, please reach out to us for a replacement within 3-5 working days of delivery incase your piece is damaged in transit.

Yes, we do. Our courier partners vary for each country. Our international shipping fee is an $20 - $25 USD.

The custom duties are not covered under international shipping. Some countries levy taxes, customs fees, and/or other duties when goods are imported. These charges are typically determined at the point of entry of the package and must be paid before you can receive it. In these cases, all applicable clearances fees and delays are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes, only if there are any manufacturing defects, please inform us within 3-5 days of delivery so we can ship a replacement to you. As with domestic orders, costs of shipping the order back to us will be borne by the customer.
We suggest using a recognised and trackable courier service (FedEx, DHL, ARAMEX, etc.) Note: we are not responsible for packages that do not reach us. If you originally paid any customs or duties, please note that these fews will not be refunded by the brand.
